Parish Brewery award winning ales are brewed in a 400 year old converted stable block in Burrough on the Hill in rural East Leicestershire. It is here that traditional ways of brewing are followed – ensuring Parish Brewery produces the finest cask conditioned ales.

Starting life in 1983, the brewery has recently moved under new ownership, with the new owners taking the opportunity to give the brand a much needed revamp and position it as one of the leading micro-breweries in the area.
